You have probably seen planets on your overview, noticed planetary materials for sale on the markets and read a little about corps and alliances claiming to make huge income from Pi.. but what is ‘Pi’… let’s take a look at the basis to wet your appetite.
An Overview
At its core, planet interaction is where you as a player interact with the planet to gather resources. From the most basic of concepts… you mine a planet material and sell on the market; either directly or after using it in a building process to make something else that you sell on the market. It’s another string to the industrialists bow. Planets are found in most systems of eve and in all security space. Places like Jita are restricted thou.. but the list of restricted areas are extremely small. Our system has adequate planet numbers for you to practice on. 8 in total (3x Barren, 2x Gas, Temperate, Plasma and an Ice).
